Hello everyone!

We are the new stewards of one of the largest heritage gristmills in Ontario.

Keep up-to-date on our progress as we continue to restore this 1885 Ontario beauty for the next chapter of her 135 year story. Our aim is to provide short & long stay accommodation rooted in historical & ecological preservation – with a community focus.

Featuring: arts and cultural retreats, ecological restoration, bespoke accommodations, hiking and cross-country skiing trails & more.

Join us for an OPEN HOUSE to check out the latest Construction that is just being completed at the mill. We will have all floors open so you can see the new spaces as well as the fourth floor bolters, basement turbines, and more! As well, we will have the ‘Building Bridges’ art show on display with youth from the Arran-Elderslie Youth Council, Paisley Artscape artists, and local seniors who tell their stories through podcasts.

Summer 2022 Update: Renovations are just wrapping up for the retreat centre with five ensuite bedrooms. This accommodation includes a shared kitchen and living area and can be paired with the ground floor rental/ retreat spaces in the mill. We have also planted an apple orchard, done various structural repairs, added a new water service to the building and a sprinkler system!

Last summer we completed the first phase of renovations which includes a three bedroom guest residence in what was the former driving shed between the mill and silo buildings. At the same time we were able to do significant structural repairs and increased energy efficiency. Follow us on facebook or instagram for the latest updates.
