Beyond being the perfect spot for private receptions and gatherings, the Mill Studio offers an uniquely creative backdrop for hosting artistic events.

We’re working to develop sustainable solutions for rural creatives, offering subsidized rates to members of the arts community and providing cross-promotion of any public events with our local network.

For the creative entrepreneurs out there…if you are looking for a place to exhibit your work, host workshops, facilitate performances, engage audiences, and build community – this is your spot.

Retreats

The Mill also offers a more immersive experience for those who want to book the Studio for multiple days – it can be rented as a package to include accommodations in either the adjacent Mill Loft, or the five-bedroom Mill Retreat space upstairs.

We’ve had writers weekends, yoga retreats, women’s groups, and more.

2026 RATES

Sunday – Thursday ONE-DAY EVENT (6-8 hours)

STANDARD RATE = $250+hst

COMMUNITY RATE = $100+hst

Friday – Saturday ONE-DAY EVENT (6-8 hours)

STANDARD RATE = $350+hst

COMMUNITY RATE = $200+hst

WEEKEND EVENT (9am Friday – 12pm Sunday)

STANDARD RATE = $1000+hst

COMMUNITY RATE = $500+hst

Community Designation: In support of local artists and creatives for the valuable role they serve in our communities, our subsidized ‘community rate’ extends to the following groups:

local community organizations (official ‘NFP’ designation is not mandatory)
artists, artisans, musicians, writers, and creative entrepreneurs who are booking an event for the purpose of creative engagement
